NEEDING YOU Stars: Andy Lau, Sammi Cheng, Fiona Leung Synopsis: Kinki is a dutiful yet moody executive assistant in the company. She is transferred to Andy's division due to office politics. The new comer cannot cope with the new environment : Rumours have it that her new boss Andy is a womanizer and Kinki is unwilling to work with the womanizer! However, life is mysterious. Their relationship is improving from working together. Gradually, Andy's dedication to work, his constant care and concern over her move Kinki's heart, but her seed of love dares not grow because of a seemingly reviving relationship between Andy and his old flame Ah Ying. Meanwhile, Kinki's new acquaintance Roger, an up and coming e-world mogul, propses to Kinki... Comments: This is probably the best HK romantic comedy movie I have seen. Andy Lau and Sammi Cheng are very compatible and the actings are top notch here. The movie moves at a very fast pace and is VERY funny and romantic. Highly recommended. This movie was a box office hit in 2000 and which was the reason for the two leads to reunite in “Love on a Diet”. [5/5]

Precinct 7 Stars: Andy Hui, Loretta Lee, Simon Lui, Cheung Tat Ming Synopsis: Police detective Fong Jing is shot in the head during a bust.
Although he survives the near fatal would he is comatose and only wakes up
after 2 years. During his recovery he is disturbed to find that he can now
see ghosts. As he tries to ignore this new found ability he returns to police
work. But when he is asked to solve long running case involving a serial
killer, he begins to use his new talent to help solve the case. |
