Comments: This movie is quite a disappointment. It
fell my expectations, I was expecting it to be much better than this. The
movie is barely above average. The storyline is very much alike the one of
“The Matrix”, but can be quite amusing when compared to “The Matrix”. It
would help if there are more actions, but sadly there isn’t really a fighting
scene worth to mention. When I saw the trailer for this movie I thought this
was the breakthrough movie for Jet Li, but it didn’t break through anything
new. If you want to see a martial arts movie on the big screen right now, I
highly recommend “Iron Monkey” over this movie (if you have not seen “Iron
Monkey” yet). But do go see this movie any ways to show your support for HK
cinema and Jet Li. [3/5] |
