RUMBLE AGES Stars: Edmond Leung, Eason Chan, Liz Kong, Mariam Yeung Synopsis: Somewhere in the midst of the cold and
indifferent city, countless of youthful hearts lay awaiting, yearning and
burning with desires. Three couples, (Ah Fai and Faye Wong, Jason and Joyce,
Sam and Wing), each came from different social background, went through their
teenage years like many of the other youngsters. They were as wild, indulging
and confused as the other teenagers in their youth. Youth is precious. To
them, it was what they had. In their teens, they watched their youth slip by
believing that there would be more for grasping with the break of another
dawn. Comments: This is one of my favorite HK drama movies. This movie shows you the
darker and more realistic sides to the lifes in HK. I especially enjoyed this
film and have seen it more than once and would recommended it to anyone.
Though, be warned that this is not a “feel good” romantic movie. [4.5/5] RUSH HOUR II Stars: Jackie Chan, Chris Tucker, Zhang Ziyi Comments: A fun pop corn movie with to enjoy with
your friends. This is a typical Jackie Chan movie, it uses the same formula
and substances as his other movies. Though, I like this sequel better than
its original installment. [3.5/5] |
